Rates

$125 + taxes per night

$700 + taxes per week

$2700 + taxes per month

$75 cleaning charge added to every reservation

Extra Bedroom/Bathroom Upgrade: $50 + taxes per night

Minimum 2 night stay.

Rates based on 1-4 adults. Add $10 per night for each additional person.

Taxes include 4.167% State General Excise Tax and 7.25% Accommodations Tax.

A deposit equal to one half of your stay is due within 10 days of making your reservation.

Balance plus a refundable $100 security deposit is due upon check-in.

Minimum 7 day cancellation notice required for full deposit refund.
